Refund policy

1. Custom Orders

  • All custom orders are final sale.
  • We do not accept returns or exchanges on custom items unless there is a verified quality issue or error on our part.
  • If you believe your custom item is defective or incorrect, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue.

2. Signature Items

  • Signature items (regularly stocked products) may be exchanged within 14 business days of delivery.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
  • Exchanges are subject to availability.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.

3. Refunds

  • Refunds are only issued in cases of confirmed defects or errors on signature items.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once the item is received and inspected.

4. Return Instructions

  • To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us via email or our contact form with your order number and reason for return.
  • We will provide instructions for shipping the item back.
