We do not accept returns or exchanges on custom items unless there is a verified quality issue or error on our part.
If you believe your custom item is defective or incorrect, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue.
2. Signature Items
Signature items (regularly stocked products) may be exchanged within 14 business days of delivery.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
Exchanges are subject to availability.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
3. Refunds
Refunds are only issued in cases of confirmed defects or errors on signature items.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once the item is received and inspected.
